
Stretch Run Club
At Stretch Run Club, we welcome everyone—from beginners taking their first steps to experienced runners training for personal bests or half marathons.
With separate groups for women, teen, and tween girls, each session is designed to build endurance, improve pace, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
From total beginners to seasoned runners, there’s a place for everyone:

Teens & Tweens progress from 0–5km, then 5–10km

Adults choose their track: total beginners–5km, 0–10km, or 10–21km (Half Marathoners), with Flexi Run option to run virtually.
From local races across Israel to our exciting annual international race, every run is part of a shared adventure.
Stretch Stride Club — this is our newest edition! A club specifically designed for walkers. Enjoy weighted (optional) walking, light jogging, hills, sunsets, and plenty of giggles. Strong, healthy, and stress-free movement at its best!
Stretch Run Club is offered in Ra'anana, Tel Mond, and virtually.
