Service Description
Stretch Teen Run Club Whether you’ve never run before or you’re already chasing finish lines, this is your place. Led by Biokineticist and running coach Nikia Blumenthal, our Teen Run Club welcomes girls ages 12–17 to train, grow, and have fun in a supportive community. We offer two tracks: Casual Runner – one session a week (Sundays), perfect for beginners training up to 5KM. Race Ready – two sessions a week (Sundays & Tuesdays), designed for runners aiming to build endurance, improve pace, and train up to 10KM. Training runs September–June (with school holidays off), and we take part in 3–5 races each year. Beginners are always welcome, spaces are limited, and spots are confirmed once payment is made.
